| From imagination to reality... work with UCONN's puppetry graduate, Lorraine Gillman, to create original puppets. As a graduate of the Ringling Bros. Clown College, Lorraine will guide students in the development and performance of their creations. This workshop will culminate with a final evening of project performances. Come and see the magic begin! DIVISION 1 (Grades 1-8 or ages 7-14): Mondays and Wednesdays 3:15pm-6:15pm -January 4 – February 26, 2010 -16 Classes & 1 Project Performance Evening -3 Hour Classes -Three original creations that you can keep -Registration Fee: $175.00 (Materials Included) DIVISION 2 (Grades 9-12 or ages 15-Adult): Mondays and Wednesdays 6:45pm-9:45pm -January 4 - 29, 2010 -8 Classes & 1 Project Performance Evening -3 Hour Classes -Three original creations that you can keep -Registration Fee $125.00 (Materials Included) PERFORMANCE INFO: JANUARY 29, 2010 (High School &; Adult Performances) FEBRUARY 26, 2010 (Elementary &; Middle School Performances) DALY HALL, MONSON DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER, PALMER, MA GENERAL INFO: - Workshops will take place at the Buckley Hall Rehearsal Space at MDC - Dress rehearsals and performance dates are mandatory - Liability waiver must be signed (provided with rehearsal schedule) -Registration fees are non-refundable |
