KIDS TOUR

development of stage voice, movement, and character development.  Students should already have an understanding of basic theatre
skills, GRP expectations, and etiquette to support their role as a "team-member" in the chosen production.  Students help produce and act
in a theatre production which culminates to a performance tour to local schools, and a final public performance in which friends and family
are encouraged to attend.

CENTERSTAGE (Ages 7-18)
CenterStage is an acting workshop that helps students prepare for the audition-only programs, "Kids Tour", and "GRP Main Stage
Productions.  Students are introduced to the basics of theatre.
i.e. stage voice and  movement, posturing, improvisation, costuming in
relation to characterization, and theatre etiquette.    Divi
sions spend a weekend performing in the, "CenterStage Actor's Cabaret" and will
also participate in the "Kids Tour" final public performance the next day.

Imagineering  is an introductory course that teaches the basics of theatre and stage movement and voice, through theatre games, music,
and dance. Students are encouraged to be creative, confident, self-starters, leaders, and attentive to detail.

G.R.I.P. (Ages 10-Adult)
Students learn the art of comedic improvisation, using quick  wit to respond to unique, individualized situations.  Playing creativity inducing
games teaches students to think on their feet, trust their intuitions, and  hone active listening skills  to  work cooperatively with their cast
mates.  Participants in each division will work toward developing their improv skills to perform in a final evening of non-stop laughter.
